Function Introduction

AOI reads CAD drawing files, selects two mark points based on the CAD drawing files (corresponding points of the fixture) to read the corresponding coordinates and compare them with the relative coordinates of the drawing files. It has a compensation function.

2. Calculate the relative coordinates of the mark points at the center of each dome to detect whether they are out of alignment.

3. Detection of defective modes: missed dome, reversed dome, misaligned dome, broken dome.

4. The product illustration is divided into two screens, the left and right tables. When the left table is in operation, the right table screen is saved to facilitate on-site re-inspection by the operators.
