I. Working Principle and Structure

Ii. Main Technical Parameters

The rated voltage is AC 220V, the frequency is 100HZ, and the vibrating disc can be excited by half-wave or full-wave as required.

Iii. Installation, Use and Maintenance

When opening the package, it is necessary to check whether the entire machine and its accessories conform to the packing list.

2. Check whether the fasteners of all parts of the mainframe are loose

When installing, it is essential to ensure that the vibration damping components are placed in the corresponding holes at the top and bottom.

After the height and level of the vibrating disc have been adjusted properly, fasten the lower seat to the bracket or fixed plate.

5. When connecting the outlet of the vibrating disc with the component, a certain gap should be left to avoid affecting the function of the vibrating disc.

6. The vibrating tray is equipped with an electrical plug installed on the electrical control box (Note: The electrical control box must be waterproof and oil-proof). Connect the 220V or 110V power supply, turn on the switch, and slowly rotate the potentiometer to gradually reach the required feeding quantity. Note: Before connecting the power supply

Be sure to set the potentiometer to the minimum value to avoid damaging the thyristor. The gap between the electromagnet and the armature and the elastic element have been adjusted before leaving the factory and generally do not need to be adjusted again

After the vibrating disc has been in normal operation for two years, all parts of the chassis should be disassembled, the dust and dirt on all components should be cleaned thoroughly, and the parts should be reassembled and debugged to meet the required feeding quantity
